Perfect Pushup Help Me Banish My Wimpy Arms

However, since Perfect pushup’s rotating handles allow my arms to rotate in a more natural manner, I felt very comfortable. And also because of its rotating handles, I must put more power into my arms and I had to bend my legs when I started using the Perfect pushup. But now I can do regular pushups with straight legs.
